RGR NB Miata Wickers (Spats)

Most Miata owners, especially those who track their cars, upgrade their tire size. When this happens, the tires stick out of the bodywork, which is not aerodynamically beneficial.

RGR Spats provides an affordable and bolt-on solution to this problem. Our spats will deflect air, so instead of crashing against the tire and then getting inside the wheel well (creating drag and lift), the air will go around the tire (reducing drag and lift).

Not only that, our spats will also create a high-pressure zone that will force more air under the car and thus improve the aerodynamic efficiency of your bumper and/or front splitter.

Our spats require no special tools or hardware, they are installed using the inner fender factory hardware. Just pop those out, and install our spats.

Our spats are compatible with Track Dog splitters but fit best with RGR's.

We offer a short version (the red one in the pictures) for those of you who do not plan to run a splitter or just prefer the looks of it.

Allow 2 weeks for processing if you choose Carbon Fiber as it is a special order item.
